Subscription terms

1. The plans

Each plan covers sessions of one studio type within a time window, at a single centre, the one chosen when subscribing. Monthly prices including VAT, in 12-month mode and in Flex mode:

A customer can have only one plan per studio type and per centre. A change of plan takes effect on the next renewal date, without changing the current commitment.

2. The period

The subscription period is monthly. It starts on the day of subscription and ends the day before the same day of the following month. When that day does not exist in the following month, the period ends on the last day of that month. Payment and the reset of included hours take place on the first day of each period.

3. Included hours

Sessions booked within the plan's window are included, up to the plan's included hours (point 1). These hours are neither carried over nor refunded. A session counts in the period that contains its start time.

Hours of a session that fall outside the time slot, or go beyond the included hours, are charged at the price of those hours alone, at the time they fall, as without a subscription. A subscriber can have at most two upcoming included sessions at the same time, booked at most 10 days ahead; an extra session is charged at the regular rate. A session that overlaps, even partly, another session already included in one of their subscriptions is charged in full at the regular rate, including the hours that do not overlap. Subscribers book in the shared schedule, with no reserved time slot or priority.

4. Duration, price and payment

12-month mode: the subscription is taken for 12 periods, charged every month. It continues after the 12 months at the same price (the one at subscription), with no new commitment.

Flex mode: the monthly price is higher (point 1). The subscription is taken for at least 3 periods, then continues from period to period.

The free 1st month, when a plan includes one, exists only in 12-month mode and is added to the commitment period: 1 free month, then 12 monthly payments, i.e. a 13-month commitment. The commitment periods mentioned in these terms then exclude the free month. It is granted only once per person (same account, same email address or same phone number), including after a withdrawal or a cancellation. It cannot be obtained a second time with another account.

5. Price changes

The price of a subscription is the one on the day of subscription. During the minimum commitment period (12 months, or 3 months in Flex), it does not change. After that period, PTJ may change it: the subscriber is notified by e-mail at least one month before the effective date, and may cancel free of charge before that date; the subscription then stops on the effective date at the latest, with no monthly payment at the new price.

6. Cancellation by the subscriber

Cancellation takes effect on a renewal date, at the earliest at the end of the commitment (12 months, or 3 months on Flex), provided it is requested at least 15 days before that date; otherwise it takes effect on the following renewal date. Monthly payments remain due until the effective date. After the 12 months, the subscription can be cancelled from period to period, with the same notice. An unpaid monthly payment remains due even after cancellation.

An included session can be cancelled like any booking, up to 4 hours before it starts: its hours go back into the included hours of the period that contains its start. The paid part of a partly included session is returned as credits.

7. Cancellation by PTJ

After the minimum commitment period, PTJ may cancel a subscription with one month's notice, sent by e-mail; included sessions already booked during the notice are kept. PTJ may also cancel a subscription for misconduct (repeated use by someone else, article 8, or behaviour contrary to the general terms), with immediate effect and a reason sent by e-mail: upcoming included sessions are then cancelled, and the amounts due and the rest of the commitment remain due.

8. A personal subscription

The subscription is personal: only the holder books the included sessions, and they must be present at every included session. If PTJ finds that an included session was used by someone else, that session is charged at the regular rate (the price list for that slot), and the account can no longer book until that amount is paid, as for a missed payment (article 10). This amount is never collected automatically. If it happens again on the same subscription, the subscription is cancelled for misconduct, with immediate effect (article 7).

9. Moving and changing centre

At the subscriber's request, customer service can move the subscription to another centre, for the same type of studio: free of charge, at the same price, without changing the commitment or the hours of the period. A subscriber who moves more than 30 km from any PTJ centre may, with proof, cancel during the commitment with one month's notice: only the monthly payments of the notice remain due.

10. Missed payment

If a monthly payment cannot be collected, or if the bank cancels a direct debit, the subscription is suspended: the account can no longer book any session, even at the regular rate, until it is settled; sessions already paid are kept. Upcoming included sessions are kept for 48 hours after the e-mail announcing the failure, then cancelled if nothing is paid: their hours are not returned, the part paid is returned as credits. A reminder is sent after 7 days, a formal notice after 21 days; without payment 35 days after the failure, the subscription is cancelled, and the unpaid monthly payments and the rest of the commitment remain due. As long as they are not settled, the account can no longer book any session or subscribe again.

11. Right of withdrawal

You can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, from your account. The hours you have already played are charged at €10/h, up to what you paid; the rest is refunded. Your upcoming included sessions are cancelled.

If the Customer exercises the right of withdrawal after requesting immediate performance of the service, the Customer accepts that the termination of the contract cancels the preferential pricing linked to the minimum commitment period. The services used during this 14-day period will be valued on the basis of the company's standard reference rate, i.e. ten euros (€10) per hour used, an amount that will be deducted from the final refund.

The subscription price applies to its minimum commitment period: 12 months (13 months with the free 1st month), or 3 months with Flex. The price reduction assumes this minimum: without it, it does not apply.
