You can withdraw within 14 days of subscribing, from your account. The hours you have already played are charged at €10/h, up to what you paid; the rest is refunded. Your upcoming included sessions are cancelled.
No, your subscription is personal: you book yourself and you are present at every included session. Your friend can book a session by the hour, or come and play with you. If someone else uses your session, it is charged at the regular rate; if it happens again, your subscription is cancelled.
The day you subscribe, then the same day every month. If that day doesn't exist in the month (a 31st, for example), the last day of the month.
Your subscription is suspended and you can't book until the payment is settled. If it isn't settled within 48 h, your upcoming included sessions are released.
Like a normal booking, in the schedule, with no slots set aside for members: the session drops to 0 €.
Not during your commitment. After that, if it changes, we let you know by e-mail at least a month before, and you can cancel free of charge before the new price applies.
Contact customer service: they can move your subscription to another centre, free of charge and at the same price. If you move more than 30 km from any Plug The Jack centre, they can also cancel it with one month's notice, even during your commitment.
No: two included sessions cannot overlap. A session that overlaps another, even partly, is charged in full at the regular rate.
